Torkle (the llama) has finally unpacked his bags and is ready for business.
Seriously, we are all moved in our new home in Central Texas … a 13 acre farm complete with wildflowers, trees and a creek. There are still boxes to be un-packed. My Lazy Kate, yarn winder and bobbins for my spinning wheel are MIA. Nathan hasn’t totally figured out his dyeing arrangements … but I have been keeping up with the orders on eBay.
I have completed one batch of dog hair yarn which has been posted on eBay. I have also handed over about 600 yards of wool that will come out of the dye baths sometime next week. And I have found a sheep sale in a neighboring town so I may be able to start a new flock.
The pictures posted are from our new yard with more to follow.
Come see me in Texas!!!
