The process of moving is mostly complete and I am getting into a routine. There are some new additions. Some I mentioned before like a spinning porch and a studio with a door facing the golf course. I can put the drum carder out on the spinning porch or leave wool out to dry.

First Dye Batch

It has been eons since I have posted anything to my website and I am sure many of my customers thought I fell of the face of the earth but…
we have under gone the tedious processes of selling and buying houses. I won’t go into the long details but will tell you about the changes.

The new house is located in the golfing community of Meadowlakes (just up the lake from Marble Falls). Included in the house is a studio with its own spinning porch. It also has an upstairs balcony that lead off the two spare bedrooms, a barbecuing porch (currently Gandalf’s) and a sun room.

I am currently taking reservations for private retreats. Open dates start in August. The subject of the retreat is chosen by you … beginning or intermediate spinning, basic knitting, entrelac, finishing, lace, Fair Isle … the choice is yours. Get details from my Etsy site.
